Obama agency rules Pepsi's use of aborted fetal cells in soft drinks constitutes 'ordinary business operations'

(NaturalNews) The Obama Administration has given its blessing to PepsiCo to continue utilizing the services of a company that produces flavor chemicals for the beverage giant using aborted human fetal tissue. LifeSiteNews.com reports that the Obama Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has decided that PepsiCo's arrangement with San Diego, Cal.-based Senomyx, which produces flavor enhancing chemicals for Pepsi using human embryonic kidney tissue, simply constitutes "ordinary business operations."

The issue began in 2011 when the non-profit group Children of God for Life (CGL) first broke the news about Pepsi's alliance with Senomyx, which led to massive outcry and a worldwide boycott of Pepsi products. At that time, it was revealed that Pepsi had many other options at its disposal to produce flavor chemicals, which is what its competitors do, but had instead chosen to continue using aborted fetal cells -- or as Senomyx deceptively puts it, "isolated human taste receptors" (http://www.naturalnews.com).

A few months later, Pepsi' shareholders filed a resolution petitioning the company to "adopt a corporate policy that recognizes human rights and employs ethical standards which do not involve using the remains of aborted human beings in both private and collaborative research and development agreements." But the Obama Administration shut down this 36-page proposal, deciding instead that Pepsi's used of aborted babies to flavor its beverage products is just business as usual, and not a significant concern.

"We're not talking about what kind of pencils PepsiCo wants to use -- we are talking about exploiting the remains of an aborted child for profit," said Debi Vinnedge, Executive Director of CGL, concerning the SEC decision. "Using human embryonic kidney (HEK-293) to produce flavor enhancers for their beverages is a far cry from routine operations!"

To be clear, the aborted fetal tissue used to make Pepsi's flavor chemicals does not end up in the final product sold to customers, according to reports -- it is used, instead, to evaluate how actual human taste receptors respond to these chemical flavorings. But the fact that Pepsi uses them at all when viable, non-human alternatives are available illustrates the company's blatant disregard for ethical and moral concerns in the matter.

Back in January, Oklahoma Senator Ralph Shortey proposed legislation to ban the production of aborted fetal cell-derived flavor chemicals in his home state. If passed, S.B. 1418 would also reportedly ban the sale of any products that contain flavor chemicals derived from human fetal tissue, which includes Pepsi products as well as products produced by Kraft and Nestle (http://www.naturalnews.com).

Swine flu was considered a pandemic in 2009, though it wasn’t nearly as serious as health officials predicted it to be.

At the time, a vaccine was quickly put together with very little testing, in an effort to protect the population from the impending danger.

Many people chose not to get the shot because of the swine flu vaccine dangers, and because they didn’t see swine flu as the big threat that it was hyped up to be.

However, this year people may not have the option of not having an H1N1 vaccine if they opt to get a regular flu shot, because the same vaccine virus that was used in the 2009 vaccine is now part of the regular seasonal flu shot.

Swine Flue Vaccine May Be Counterproductive

Interestingly, a Canadian study found that those who received a seasonal flu shot in 2008 were as much as 274% more likely to get H1N1 than those who elected not to get the shot. (1)

Referencing this study, health columnist Mike Adams says the seasonal flu vaccine is only effective in 1.5% of the adults who are injected with it. (2) That is a pretty sad number.

What’s even more sad is the fact that the swine flu vaccine that was hyped as being imperative to saving lives was just as ineffective. (3) Not only are these vaccines ineffective, but they can lead to some very serious side effects that make them more dangerous than getting the actual flu.

Swine Flu Vaccine Dangers

The swine flu vaccine has been promoted as important for pregnant women and children, yet research has shown that the H1N1 vaccine contributed to well over 1500 miscarriages. (4)

This vaccine also uses a mercury-based preservative called thimerosal, which is linked to autism as well as other brain and immune dysfunctions. While it is possible to get a thimerosal free version, you have to request it.

Unused vaccines with thimerosal are disposed of as hazardous waste, and yet is is considered acceptable to inject it into a human being.

The H1N1 vaccine is linked to other side effects as well. These can be relatively minor such as headache, fever, fatigue, malaise and infection.

However, this vaccine can also have serious side effects such as immune system disorders, anaphylactic shock, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, Bell’s Palsy, paralysis and death. (5)

Flu Related Deaths

A Harvard epidemiologist estimated the mortality rate for H1N1 at between .007% and .045%. The estimated mortality rate for seasonal flu is .06% to .24%. (6)

It is difficult to get an exact number of fatalities since the CDC decided to stop testing for swine flu and instead assumed that anyone with flu-like symptoms had H1N1, but the small number of flu-related deaths would make immunization appear for more dangerous than the flu itself. (7)

The fact is, there is no vaccine that is 100% safe.

One thing to keep in mind is that vaccine manufacturers are protected by the government. If their vaccine injures or kills someone, there is little recourse. They cannot be sued. Is it worth the risk? (8)

Staying Healthy

 

A safer alternative to flu vaccines of any kind is simple vitamin D. It will help keep your immune system strong and has been shown to protect against flu. (9)

Elderberry is also shown to protect from flu infection and may also help you recover from the flu faster.

Follow a common-sense approach to avoiding infection. Wash your hands, get enough rest, and eat healthy foods that help your body stay strong enough to fight infections.

Of course, avoid people who are obviously sick if at all possible.

Only you can decide if the flu shot is right for you, but before you decide, do your research and understand the dangers of whichever choice you make.

On November 23, 2011, a lawsuit of unprecedented proportions was filed with the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York. The lawsuit, filed by Neil Keenan who is acting as a representative of the Dragon Family, takes aim at a variety of well-known individuals and institutions that span the entire globe and encompass both the public and private sectors.

The Plaintiff, Neil Keenan, claims that he was entrusted back in 2009 with financial instruments which included Federal Reserve Notes worth $124.5 billion, two Japanese government bonds which have a combined face value of $19 billion, and a U.S. “Kennedy” bond which carries a face value of $1 billion by The Dragon Family, a group of very wealthy and reclusive Asian families.

According to the lawsuit, the accrued interest value of these instruments alone was $1 trillion back in 2009, when the alleged crime against Keenan (and hence the Dragon Family) occurred.

As reported by Dan McCue of Courthouse News Service, the only mainstream news organization to cover this lawsuit to date, “In his remarkable complaint, Keenan claims that the U.S. government [received] enormous amounts of money – delivered in gold and other precious metals – from the Dragon Family many years ago, and that the money was placed into the Federal Reserve System for the benefit and underwriting support of the dollar, ‘which was to become and currently remains the global reserve currency.’”

Keenan further describes the Dragon Family in his lawsuit by stating that:

The Dragon Family abstains from public view and knowledge, but, upon information and belief, acts for the good and better benefit of the world in constant coordination with higher levels of global financial organizations, in particular, the Federal Reserve System. 

During the course of its existence over the last century, the Dragon family has accumulated great wealth by having provided the Federal Reserve Bank and the United States Government with Asset assignments of gold and silver via certain accounts held in Switzerland, for which it has received consideration in the form of a variety of Notes, Bonds, and Certificates such as those described . . . that are an obligation of the Federal Reserve System.

However, the lawsuit does not merely target the Federal Reserve. Below is the list of defendants provided in the document filed with the U.S. District Court.

The incident that directly relates to Keenan’s lawsuit dates back to 2009, when two Japanese citizens were detained in Italy, and the bonds they were holding, which totaled $134.5 billion, were seized. The two men were Mitsuyoshi Watanabe and Akihiko Yamaguchi; the latter being considered Neil Keenan’s predecessor in acting as an agent of the Dragon Family.

This incident was reported early on by the mainstream media, even making its way up to Glenn Beck’s television show shortly after it occurred. However, the story quickly disappeared from the mainstream and has not reported on since. Here are some mainstream reports on the incident which are still available online.

Even the alternative media has been largely silent on the story, with the exception of Benjamin Fulford, who has been releasing information related to the lawsuit in question and the surrounding events for some time.

What’s interesting about the Beck coverage, though, is how the level of money being discussed here is put into perspective. During his interview with Joe Wiesenthal, the editor of BusinessInsider.com, Beck put up a list of public, unclassified numbers of the amount of the U.S. bonds held by other countries. The list was as follows:

China – 763.5 billion

Japan – 685.9 billion

United Kingdom – 152.8 billion

Russia – 137.0 billion

Brazil – 126.0 billion

Keep in mind, the amount of money seized from the two Japanese men, was $134.5 billion worth of bonds. Compare this amount to the list above and one can see just how huge an amount of money is being discussed. The amount found in the possession of these two men is so large that, if all the bonds had come from Russia, it would only have $2.5 billion of U.S. bonds left.

Wiesenthal and Beck both commented on how large an amount of money this is – not just in monetary terms, but also in the ability to produce it. Even if it were a forgery, the capabilities to create such a large-scale replica would require technology most likely held by governments, not rogue counterfeiters. As Wiesenthal noted, “it would be the kind of technology you would expect only a government to have.”

At this point, we come to Yamaguchi, one of the men arrested with the U.S. Bonds, who is described in the lawsuit as Keenan’s predecessor and an agent of the Dragon Family. The two allegedly met as a result of the assistance provided by Keenan to Yamaguchi in finding a Cyprus bank for some of the financial instruments used by the Dragon Family. Keenan claims he was granted special power of attorney to act on behalf of the Dragon Family to place some of their assets in PPPs (Private Placement Investment Programs).

This is where the story takes yet another bizarre turn.

Keenan claims that after he took possession of the instruments at the heart of this lawsuit and, a month after the two Japanese men were detained, a man named Leo Zagami arrived on the scene. According to the complaint, Zagami, “ a self-described 33^rd Degree Freemason, who, as of April 2008, had reportedly claimed to be the leader of the breakaway faction of the Knights of Templar and high-level Freemasons centered around the elite of the Masons P2 (propaganda Due) Lodge in Monte Carlo.” 

Zagami also claimed to be a representative of the Vatican Illuminati and other European secret societies. He also claimed that he was trying to make contact with “certain Asian Secret Societies.

During meetings with individuals only described as “contacts,” it is claimed that Zagami told one of these contacts that the two Japanese men, Yamaguchi and Watanabe, had been set up and that he had inside information about the instruments that were seized.

Eventually, the mutual contact was introduced to Daniele Dal Bosco, a Vatican banker and associate of the P2 Masonic Lodge, as well as fellow defendant in Keenan’s lawsuit, whom Keenan was told “would be able ‘to cash the bonds seized by the Italian Treasury Police.’”

Keenan claims that he was in constant contact with Dal Bosco via Internet Skype and had agreed to meet in Italy. It is also claimed by Keenan that during the course of these conversations, “Dal Bosco represented that he was not only financial advisor to Zagami, but also to the Vatican, Vatican City, Rome, and the Treasurer to the P2 Masonic Lodge.” 

Over time, Keenan claims, he came to trust Dal Bosco and turned the bonds over to him “for temporary safekeeping and custodianship.”

After the bonds were in Dal Bosco’s possession, the lawsuit alleges that Dal Bosco made off with them and attempted to sell them “in the global marketplace through stealth, conversion and bribery.”

Keenan also claims that as all of these events were unfolding, he was routinely offered bribes by high-level officials of $100 million to “release” the financial instruments without disclosing to the Dragon Family where they had gone.  The plan was to allow the instruments to be converted to a UN “Sovereign Program” which would be entirely, “under the auspices, protection and umbrella of the sovereign immunity enjoyed by the defendants.”

On a side note, it should be mentioned that within the 111-page document, Keenan makes an astounding claim, and one that should not be ignored if, for no other reason, because it is so large an amount of money with almost incalculable repercussions for the United States and its private central banking system. The document states:

During the course of its existence over the last century, the Dragon Family has accumulated great wealth by having provided the Federal Reserve Bank and the United States Government with asset assignments of gold and silver via certain accounts held in Switzerland, for which it has received consideration in the form of a variety of Notes, Bonds, Certificates such as those described in ¶ 2 that are an obligation of the Federal Reserve System. Upon information and belief, these bonds have values ranging in the many Thousands of Trillions of United States Dollars, a relatively small portion of which is involved in the claims giving rise to this action. Each of these currencies, such as the DFFI (Dragon Family Financial Instrument) involved in this action, was and remains duly registered within the Federal Reserve System and are directly verifiable by the Federal Reserve through its efficient verification system and screening process. [emphasis added]

Thousands of trillions is quite the sum of money. Although the amount of financial claims in this lawsuit is not anywhere close to the amount specified above, the fact that any individual, family, or institution would retain this large sum of money in U.S. Dollars is alarming, especially to the system which might be liable to pay it back.

If the amount of money listed is, as the lawsuit claims, easily verified through the Federal Reserve’s verification system, the revelation would be perhaps the biggest bombshell in the history of the Federal Reserve. Perhaps even in the history of private central banking itself.

Although the claims made by Keenan in this lawsuit can only be looked at as accusations at this point, one must wonder what the outcome of the case will be, even if it is unsuccessful in financial terms. One also wonders whether or not, if the trial is allowed to move forward, if this lawsuit will function much as the Jim Garrison JFK trial functioned many years ago. That is, a failure to procure a conviction or legal victory, but a clear documentation of the inconsistencies and official stories handed down to the public from on high.

Perhaps, if Keenan’s case and facts are in order, this trial will, at the very least, provide citizens all over the world a view through the window of the shadowy organizations of Freemasonry, banking, and government.

At this time, Keenan is seeking “the return of the stolen instruments, punitive damages and court costs on multiple claims of fraud, breach of contract and violation of international law.”

Most people in Germany were more or less aware that their new ID cards carried a RFID Chip, which made their ID's identifiable from a distance and probably also from satellites.

Various German researchers then dug a little deeper and found very strange symbols engraved and also within the water-mark.

If Baphomet of Templar fame - in the 12th to 14th century AD - was ever abstractly pictured, then a daemonic entity like the one shown may well has appeared in this form. In any case, so-called "New Templar Orders" of today appear to recognize this abstract face as the daemonic Baphomet.

This follows from research done by Jan Udo Holey (a.k.a. Jan van Helsing) who published various interviews with "Templar Grand Masters".

There has always been a suspected strong connection between Masonry and the Templars, in fact various Masonic degrees are affiliated by name and function to this old order. When the Templars were evicted from France in the early 14th century, at least a part of their fleet and many of their men found refuge in Scotland.

One of the oldest lodges of Masonry is the Kilkenny lodge, 14th century, and a few others were also founded in Scotland. Through the Templars, with their long experience and connections in the Middle East, those Masons were introduced to the working of the Grand Lodge of Cairo - which goes back to Egyptian times.

As the Grand Dragon Royal Society of ancient Egypt, a Satanic infiltration of the ancient Egyptian priesthood, developed into the Grand Lodge of Cairo, it is no wonder that suddenly all over Scotland and England the dragon motif shows up - together with dragon-tales, dragon slayers, etc.

Also through the Templars, the ancient symbolism of India and the Far East was introduced into Europe. The new German ID card bears witness of this.
To find this symbolism on a German document is indeed astounding, as if the Nazi era had gone by without a trace.

But of course the sorcerers who implanted the chip and the other symbolism on this official ID did not think of Nazi Germany. They saw this as perfectly in line with Illuminati philosophy, with the secret lodges of the 'Solar Temple', with Grand Orient Masonry, and so on. A very open acknowledgement of the de-facto 4th Reich and its equally de-facto NWO, carried through under the auspices of what I call "The Global Consortium".

The blatant symbolism points to the unashamed admittance of a truly Satanic order, bound together through various secret societies, that is actively pursuing the global agenda.

Why it feels that it has to expose itself in so open a fashion, I cannot say. To impress the people and cause them to be afraid ? Malls To Track Shoppers' Cell Phones

Throwing oneself in a pool of frenzied people and fighting to purchase consumer products that have been slightly discounted: is there a better way to begin the holiday season? Well this year, malls will monitor and analyze that frenzy as they will track customer’s as they go from store to store using their cell phone signals. Is there an option to opt out? No. Well, yes…leaving the phone in the car. Here’s an article from CNN Money.

 

Malls track shoppers’ cell phones on Black Friday

Attention holiday shoppers: your cell phone may be tracked this year.

Starting on Black Friday and running through New Year’s Day, two U.S. malls — Promenade Temecula in southern California and Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, Va. — will track guests’ movements by monitoring the signals from their cell phones.

While the data that’s collected is anonymous, it can follow shoppers’ paths from store to store.

The goal is for stores to answer questions like: How many Nordstrom shoppers also stop at Starbucks? How long do most customers linger in Victoria’s Secret? Are there unpopular spots in the mall that aren’t being visited?

While U.S. malls have long tracked how crowds move throughout their stores, this is the first time they’ve used cell phones.

But obtaining that information comes with privacy concerns.

The management company of both malls, Forest City Commercial Management, says personal data is not being tracked.

“We won’t be looking at singular shoppers,” said Stephanie Shriver-Engdahl, vice president of digital strategy for Forest City. “The system monitors patterns of movement. We can see, like migrating birds, where people are going to.”

Still, the company is preemptively notifying customers by hanging small signs around the shopping centers. Consumers can opt out by turning off their phones.

The tracking system, called FootPath Technology, works through a series of antennas positioned throughout the shopping center that capture the unique identification number assigned to each phone (similar to a computer’s IP address), and tracks its movement throughout the stores.

The system can’t take photos or collect data on what shoppers have purchased. And it doesn’t collect any personal details associated with the ID, like the user’s name or phone number. That information is fiercely protected by mobile carriers, and often can be legally obtained only through a court order.

“We don’t need to know who it is and we don’t need to know anyone’s cell phone number, nor do we want that,” Shriver-Engdahl said.

Manufactured by a British company, Path Intelligence, this technology has already been used in shopping centers in Europe and Australia. And according to Path Intelligence CEO Sharon Biggar, hardly any shoppers decide to opt out.

“It’s just not invasive of privacy,” she said. “There are no risks to privacy, so I don’t see why anyone would opt out.”

Now, U.S. retailers including JCPenney and Home Depot are also working with Path Intelligence to use their technology, Biggar said.

Home Depot has considered implementing the technology but is not currently using it any stores, a company spokesman said. JCPenney declined to comment on its relationship with the vendor.

Why Apple and Google need to stalk you

Some retail analysts say the new technology is nothing to be worried about. Malls have been tracking shoppers for years through people counters, security cameras, heat maps and even undercover researchers who follow shoppers around.

And some even say websites that track online shoppers are more invasive, recording not only a user’s name and purchases, but then targeting them with ads even after they’ve left a site.

“It’s important for shoppers to realize this sort of data is being collected anyway,” Biggar said.

Whereas a website can track a customer who doesn’t make a purchase, physical stores have been struggling to perfect this kind of research, Biggar said. By combining the data from FootPath with their own sales figures, stores will have better measurements to help them improve the shopping experience.

“We can now say, you had 100 people come to this product, but no one purchased it,” Biggar said. “From there, we can help a retailer narrow down what’s going wrong.”

But some industry analysts worry about the broader implications of this kind of technology.

“Most of this information is harmless and nobody ever does anything nefarious with it,” said Sucharita Mulpuru, retail analyst at Forrester Research. “But the reality is, what happens when you start having hackers potentially having access to this information and being able to track your movements?”

Last year, hackers hit AT&T, exposing the unique ID numbers and e-mail addresses of more than 100,000 iPad 3G owners. To make it harder for hackers to get at this information, Path Intelligence scrambles those numbers twice.

“I’m sure as more people get more cell phones, it’s probably inevitable that it will continue as a resource,” Mulpuru said. “But I think the future is going to have to be opt in, not opt out.”

What is Your Occupation?

Don't tell me what you believe. Show me what you do, then I'll know what you believe.

What do you respond to? And how do you respond? When "moved" by something do you really move? Does your life change so as to respond to what you were so "moved" about? Are you respons-able?....able to respond?

What is your body, mind and spirit doing most of the time? Compare what you say you believe to how you live. Then make the two match up. Protest, spread truth, turn off the TV, get out of the banks, boycott the corporate beasts, detach from stuff and don't participate in the lie any longer.

But spread the word...and act accordingly. You'll know.

Analysis Paralysis Is Just Another Excuse

That's one thing that holds people back from doing what they know they should do. It's really a stalling technique until the conviction of your consciousness wears off and you can go back to your routine.

"After all, what would happen to ME if I tried to do something about the sick state the world is in? I don't want to get in trouble, never mind risk my reputation or losing my friends and even alienating my own family! Heck, I might get arrested or put on some watch list! And my job! Oh my God, if they found out I went activist and attended or supported one of these Occupations or some other cause and started talking openly about some of these controversial things? I could lose my JOB!"

And die in shame and regret. Wait till your grandkids ask, "What were you doing during the takeover of the world?"

 

Open Up and Let It Out!

I don't care how small it is, DO SOMETHING for the Truth! Activate the voice of conscience by starting out one step at a time. Write friends, start a blog, occupy something, attend meetings and events, talk to strangers when you're out. Follow the trail set before you. If and when you do choose to occupy something and meet a few like-minded inspirational people with real conviction, it's so encouraging and heart warming it'll change your life forever!

Consciousness is in everyone, and like a water faucet, it don't come unless you open it up! And once you do, go with the flow!

There's a massive awakening that's been taking place for many years, and it's now building so exponentially it's burst into this wonderful occupation revolution. 

It's a manifestation..not just of frustration, but awareness!

And the PTBs are falling all over each other trying to co-opt, mislabel and steer this uprising or use it for some political purpose. Such fools. Being UNconscious they'll never get it. So don't fear them. But DO keep letting the light in which is exposing the HELL out of them! And if you can't get out there or raise your voice to your satisfaction, support those that do help the awakening and a cause you embrace! There's all kinds of ways everyone can participate! Whatever you do, don't just be a bystander...get in the current however you can...each awakened life has a HUGE impact!

India backs the Palestinian people

Its always good to see people stand up for who is right, regardless of race, color or religion.
I'm proud of my country for this one too.

India backs Palestinian bid for UN membership

United Nations: India came out in all out support for a Palestinian bid for membership of the United Nations as a Security Council committee met behind closed doors to begin considering its application.

Underscoring New Delhi's support of the Palestinians' bid, India's permanent representative Hardeep Singh Puri on Friday recalled that his country was the first non-Arab state to grant recognition of a Palestinian state when it did so in 1988.

Puri said the committee on the admission of new states "should report to the Security Council that the Palestinian application for membership be recommended to the General Assembly."

The Palestinians' membership application "is not incompatible with, nor does it exclude, direct negotiations between the parties to resolve the final status issues," he said.

Addressing the UN General Assembly on September 24, prime minister Manmohan Singh had said, "India is steadfast in its support for the Palestinian people's struggle for a sovereign, independent, viable and united state of Palestine with East Jerusalem as its capital, living within secure and recognized borders side by side and at peace with Israel."

"We look forward to welcoming Palestine as an equal member of the United Nations," he said.

The Security Council committee meeting came exactly one week after Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas made a direct plea at the UN for membership sidestepping peace negotiating efforts that have foundered for nearly two decades.

In order for a state to become a UN member, its application must be recommended by the Security Council and then approved by the General Assembly by a two-thirds vote of its 193 members.

The panel agreed to meet again next week. But analysts say the statehood bid is bound to fail, because the United States has threatened to use its veto power on the Security Council to block it.

Is 2012 the end?
